By purchasing an item marked "Rx" you confirm that you hold a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider and that the supplies are for your own personal use. Adhesive patches and over-the-counter biosensors do not require a prescription.
Orders ship free within the United States and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Because these are medical supplies, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method; opened, used or short-dated items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective, in which case contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
